Accuracy and timeliness

We source pages from primary documents and date every page, but rules change and errors happen. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The authoritative sources for U.S. immigration rules are the Federal Register, the Code of Federal Regulations, and official USCIS and ICE SEVP publications.

Tools

The OPT fee calculator is illustrative arithmetic on a proposed rule’s published numbers under user-chosen assumptions. It does not predict what any school will charge and does not constitute a quote, estimate of services, or advice.
