Every explanation on this site is written from primary sources — the Federal Register text, the Code of Federal Regulations, and official USCIS and ICE SEVP guidance — not from news summaries. Each page carries a “last verified” date so you can judge freshness for yourself, and our status tracker updates at every stage change of the proposed rule.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. Nothing here is legal advice. For decisions about your own case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or your school’s Designated School Official. Where numbers appear (fees, timelines, costs), we cite the source and mark estimates as estimates.
